CAMPO SUR is a well-balanced olive oil with a soft fruity taste that will enhance the flavor of any dish. It is a blend of three different olive varieties found in the province of Andalusia, where 80% of Spanish olive oil is produced. The varieties, Hojiblanca, Arbequina, and Picual, are high in polyphenols and healthy monounsaturated fats.
