In the production of our albacore tuna preserves, we use only Thunnus alalunga, caught during the summer fishing season.

El Capricho albacore tuna is made exclusively from fresh albacore tuna, caught by small-scale fishing boats using environmentally friendly hook and line methods. It contains no additives whatsoever, only fish, salt, and oil or water.
