In the production of our albacore tuna preserves, we use only Thunnus alalunga, caught during the summer fishing season off the Cantabrian coast.
It is made exclusively from fresh albacore tuna, caught by small-scale fishing boats using hook and line, a method that respects the ecosystem. It contains no additives whatsoever, only fish, salt, and oil or water.
